M+M’s expectations on loaned items:

M+M is excited that you have been chosen to work in collaboration with the team to test and evaluate our product line. This comes with some expectations and responsibilities to uphold.

Please allow 5 business days to process the request.

It is expected that M+M will receive the item back in good working condition within 90 days.

At the end of 90 days, M+M may send you a feedback evaluation form regarding your experience with the item and with the organization. It would be appreciated if you completed the form within 7 days after receiving and email it back to the M+M Customer Care team (customercare@mm-industries.com).

If a malfunction does occur, please contact the M+M Customer Care department (customercare@mm-industries.com). They will work with you to resolve the issue at hand. There is no need to contact your internal reference since Customer Care is designated to solve the potential issue.
